Your satisfaction is our priority at You &. If any problem occurs with your order, we are here to solve it.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, with its complete packaging.
If a product arrives damaged or different from your order, contact us immediately and we will replace it for you free of charge or refund you the full amount.

Cases Not Covered by Returns

Opened or used products (for health reasons related to the nature of perfumes).
Products lost or damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

To request an exchange or return, message us on the store email or WhatsApp with your order number, and you will receive a reply within 24-48 business hours.
